Description

Super easy and delicious recipe for Spanish Flan/ Crème Caramel/ Caramel Custard or whatever you may call this delicacy!

Serves: 8-12
Prep Time: 2 min
Cooking Time: 1 hr (Approx.)
Refrigerate: 2-4 hrs (Depending on how cold you prefer your Flan)

Ingredients List:
3 Eggs
1 Can Evaporated Milk (12 oz.)
1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk (14oz.)
2 Tsp Vanilla Extract

For Caramel Sauce:
1/4 Cup Water
1 Cup Sugar

Additional Tips:
1. Run the custard mixture through a sieve to remove any egg pieces and air bubbles. This will give your Flan a flawless texture.

2. Placing a Kitchen towel under the baking pan allows for insulation so the flan can cook evenly and prevent overcooking

3. When flipping Flan, use a plate big enough to catch the runny caramel

4. Refrigerate longer for a denser Flan. Likewise, refrigerate less for a softer Flan.
